  1. It seems to me that what is presented here as blue noise is actually red noise! RED noise is a strongly LOWPASS filtered (cut-off between 100 and 500 Hz) white noise while BLUE noise is a strongly HIPASS filtered (cut-off above 1kHz) white noise.
