Technics SY-1010

"These were only released in Japan so its powered at 100-110v."

Anyone know if there were two versions of the SY-1010? This search brings up what looks like a jet black one and the more washed out almost Roland JX-10 colored ones. Is it just the lighting in the pics?

    Judging by the reflection on the last two pics and looking at the other ones, my bet would be a transparent overlay of some sort (protection/patch markup? dunno)
