Where this synth shines is the control button which enables user creation of sounds. It enable the envelope section (attack ,delay ,sustain) and waveform bank (square ,saw ,chorus) . The envelope section is very nice enabling very long sustain and fully polyphonic means you can create very dense sustained chords where previous notes are fading off slowly very much like the sustain pedal on a piano except you have control over the release. Turn the octave coupler knob (adds in a note octave above) and then pitch expand (detune) and you can create some very thick lush sounds.
In additon to this is a beautiful filter section "traveller" which is basically a high pass and a low pass filter. Included is the FK-4 footpedal which can be used to control the filter.
Additional controls such as glide and damper require an external foot pedal to operate .
An unknown synth , very rare with very little information available , unique , beautiful sounds and looks."
