"Synth connection" featuring Arturia MiniMoog.
YouTube via TheSynthFreq — "May 12, 2010 — Hi. This is a new retro synth-pop style composition written today after playing with the vst MiniMoog.
:) I used a MiniMoog Vst's arpeggio, which is a first for me, but the arpeggios inspired a new song. I used 8 notes which equals 4/4 time, to set the arp from DX-9's midi out into the computer. The real MiniMoog is Sweet too. I had the chance to play one and its a truly awesome synth. My sister joins me in this song, jammin out the string track on the Motif-6. In the end, I attempted to fade the arp out by lowering its volume on the amp. lol

These 80's melancolic arpeggio are so nice...
ReplyDeleteArturia is pretty good but this doesn't sound like a real analogue synth. A suggestion, if you like so much the Moog sound, try the Little Phatty, this is a wonderful synth with everything you look for when you like the Moog familly. Furthermore, the Little Phatty is very affordable : an authentic Moog wich costs less than 1000 €, this is a dream... I have one and I really love it !!
