Next Superbass 4.4 analog synth

via this auction

"Next Superbass 4.4 analog synthesizer. This was part of the TB-303 clone wars of the late nineties manufactured by Music and More of Bavaria. The Superbass is a monophonic synth featuring selectable square and sawtooth waveforms with a sub-oscillator(similar to mc-202).It features master tune, and Env PWM. The filter consists of Cutoff resonance andEnv Mod.There is a VCA/VCF accent knob and Envelope decay .A distortion and volume knob conclude the front panel. 7 out of the 10 knobs transmit MIDI CC data for endless automation possibillities The back of the unit features MIDI in, out , thru a 1/4 inch out and a filter resonance trimmer pot. This piece can produce a wide range of sounds not just 303ish squelches, Because of the Sub oscillator I was able to get good low end basslines. There is also an Autoslide switch which sort of mimics the 303's glide but not quite as good. This synth is great by it's own but can also be very complimentary to another synth, being sequenced side by side for a Duophonic/Polyphonic type sound."

  1. This is a MAM MB33 mkII with a different name, and a good purchase for that asking price.
