"This piece started out with just an old Univox drum machine running through a couple effects pedals (strymon el capistan and bluesky). I ended up adding some other elements and followed jack conte's "video song" format, where:
'1. What you see is what you hear (no lip-syncing for instruments or voice).
2. If you hear it, at some point you see it (no hidden sounds).'"
