Most of the traces were damaged, the "repair" was something that constituted tinfoil, glue, and green paint, and the components were not correct... Hmmm. That won't do at all. I crafted a new board, and with the later three capacitor design, which is more stable... After the design and photo exposure process, we etch the copper off of the board..."
