Just some Fun with the Doepfer Dark Energy Mini Modular Synth. I put this together quick and just a single track so its not entirely accurate.... Used a Step sequencer VST to pull it off :-) Waiting for the Dark Time Step sequencer hardware to be released..."

The HiHat is not made with the Doepfer, right?
ReplyDeleteThe original EMS Synthi AKS patch did the sequence AND the HiHat like noise.
I think the CV of the sequencer was also patched into one input of the ring mod. And the other input received the noise. And each change of the voltage did a small pass-trough for the ring mod noise.
I got the so called "dope sheet" for the Synthi AKS here.
So the Doepfer is very well with the sequence, but misses the included HiHat.
