Roland BA662A Rare VCA IC's 808, 303,Juno

via this auction

"Two used (and tested) Roland BA662A VCA custom chips.

the BA662A VCA chip has been used in many vintage Roland synthesizers like the TB-303

Juno 6 and 60 ,TR-808 ,most of the SH series, Jupiter 8 and many more classic Roland synthesizers.

and effects from the 80's. The BA662A is also being used in the new clone of the TB-303 the x0xb0x.

These chips were made by Roland during the late 70's and 80's and today they are obsolete

and rarely seen!"

  1. The BA6110 is a direct replacement for the 662. There is no discernible difference in sound quality. Save yourself some money.

  3. the shipping price is a flat rate for express
and registered mail service (EMS), i used to ship via standard mail before and packages got lost (i ship from israel).

as far as i know there is no replacement for the ba662A in roland vintage synth's repair. the BA6110 pins order is not the same.
