via this auction"The 1125 is a unique voltage accessory made for early Moogs with the multi-pin Cinch-Jones jack. It is a nicely featured S&H with some interesting features like scale, pattern, and a manual "Sample" button. This Moog accessory is very rare.
This 1125 was recently serviced by Switched On Music Electronics and is working perfectly. It has newly wired connectors and plugs. The cosmetic condition is very good--a few small scratches here and there."
