what, then,
is NOISE MUSIC?
.is noise simply added onto/into music, or
.does noise transform into music?
.if noise is simply added onto/into music, is it still noise - is it still music?
.if noise is transformed into music, at what point does that change occur?
...or does one just make noise..."
