via this auctionAs always, via the auction description: "The synth has a tiny problem where is asks for the date/time on boot it will not remember the date/time upon reboot. You can skip this by pressing the exit button on boot. I contacted Radikal Technologies about this and they replied that its probably a goldcap capacitor that feeds the clock. This goldcap capacitor is only used for the clock and does not affect operation of the synth. It is just used for file dating created/modified files in the memory and possibly as a random number generator seed for the Randomizer. Your data will NOT be lost on reboot. Your saved projects and saved sounds will NOT be lost on reboot. The ONLY thing that is lost is date/time... again this does not affect the synth operation unless you want to use this as a beastly clock which I don't recommend, then you will notice that the UI is not built for clock operation!
The synth has also been updated to the latest firmware available from Radikal Technologies Firmware 104k be sure to check there website for updates as they still update this device. This firmware is a complete firmware with all features working not like the factory 97L firmware which still had some of the features being developed."
