The Clavia Nord Lead was the first, followed by the Yamaha VL1 and Korg Prophecy which included physical modeling, followed by the JP-8000, Yamaha AN1X and then the Novation Supernova and Access Virus. I forget what each called their technology at the time. When did the term virtual analog get coined and by whom?
