"FUTURISK was a pioneering synth-punk group that recorded and performed in the pre-midi era of the early 1980s. As of yet, the Player Piano EP has not been reissued, but you can pick up a copy of a live performance of "Meteoright" at minimalwave.com on The Found Tapes LP. The audio for this video was taken from a 24bit/96kHz vinyl rip. Highly recommended.

"Very obscure American synth-punk/wave band, circa 1982. No doubt influenced by ndW groups such as DAF."
