Casio DH-100 Digital Horn

via this auction

This unique instrument, while shaped as a miniature Saxophone, digitally emulates Sax, Oboe, Clarinet, Flute, and Synthesizes another reed instrument. Not to mention Breath Control and MIDI capabilities which make this seeming musical novelty quite a technological piece with many interesting and entertaining uses in writing and recording environments."
