Home made synth - GDAL Square Synth 1 (MKII)

YouTube Uploaded by JingleJoe on Sep 5, 2011

"Begining: Shows keyboard and how it is played
The rest: Demonstrates sound with improvised happy tune and synth fiddling.

This is the first proper synthesizer I have built entirely from scratch! There is no filter or envelope or VCA, just an oscillator, two LFO's and a square wave making machine I devised myself. This allows for PWM by either LFO (LFO 2 can be activated or de-activated by a switch) or by a dial, it can be adjusted from lower than 0% to higher than 100% duty cycle and the effect of the LFO can be increased or decreased.

P.S. sorry most of this video is my shirt sleeve, just listen, video is less important than the sound."
