Beeps and Boops in perspective - an Interview with Charles Cohen

Interview on Data Garden

"Known for his virtuosic live performances, the artist has performed hundreds of times throughout the US and internationally. His instrument of choice is one of the rarest (and coolest) synthesizers in existence, The Buchla Music Easel. The design of the keyboard, which is chromatic and touch sensitive, allows Charles to affect sound and space in unconventional ways. Data Garden unearths some of his past and present sights and sounds, and asks the man himself a few questions."

Charles Cohen will be playing the launch event for the new electronic label, Data Garden. Color is Luxury, this Sunday in Philadelphia."
