Roland JSQ-60 sequencing Yamaha DX7 2FD
YouTube Uploaded by jerrydibella on Dec 23, 2011
"This is a video I made while I was exploring the possibilities for the Roland JSQ-60 sequencer. I connected it with my Yamaha DX7 2FD through a Roland MD-8 Midi DCB Interface, as the JSQ-60 is a pre-midi machine (a DCB machine). I was trying some ways of getting my machine to stay in sync, but the JSQ-60 has only the DIN SYNC, so I cannot use all my machine together and synchronized as I wanted! In this video I recorded a sequence in live mode, and then I put some beat on with my Roland TR-626, as I did not find a way to have the sync on, since I'll buy a DIN SYNC interface."
