This one in via Suit & Tie Guy who modified Cory's Radias pictured below to fit in a rack shelf.

"He's now using both a TrapKAT and a DrumKAT, and they are controlling a Korg RADIAS and Wavestation A/D, and an Akai S5000. he's got an ER-1 in there too for between-song transitions."

Note the faceplate removed in the pic to the left. You can see the controls (knobs & buttons) underneath.
