Moog CE aka Modusonics obtained the rights to the Moog brand after the original Moog Music went under in 1993 according to Wikipedia. It was founded by Mike Bucki.

MAINTENANCE GIVEN TO IT:
- All Electrolytic Capacitors have been changed by new hand picked tested ones.
- All PC Boards cleaned with Isopropyl Alcohol to remove dirt and contamination.
- All solder joints checked and re-tapped when needed.
- All electromechanical Connectors have been cleaned and tested for conductivity.
- All Potentiometers, Switches, Jacks, Etc. Have been cleaned and lubricated.
- A New Spring Reverb has been added.
- Power Supply Refurbished for better performance."
