"Roland OP-8 CV to DCB converter. This item was manufactured to be used along with a sequencer but I bought it thinking I would eventually find a Juno-60 or Jupiter that would be triggered from a modular. Here's to doing things the hard way!! You never will know unless you try.

Just to reiterate: THIS IS A 220V ISSUE - which means you'll need a power adapter/transformer which will convert between the US voltage to what this wants to see. I am not including anything other than the item itself."
