This is the later version of the RS-09 with the selector switches similar to the TR-808 / Jupiter-8 machines.
The RS-09 is capable of creating lush analog string and pad sounds with some programmability.
This RS-09 has been serviced and restored with new tact switches and slider caps. Everything works and sounds as it should, but there are some cosmetic issues.*NOTE* The plastic end-pieces (cheeks) of the machine are damaged, with a large chunk of plastic missing from the front corner (see photos). This causes the front panel to be a little when lifting the machine. "
