This synth eventually became known as the 'Synthex' - full information and manual can be found on the ADT website.
This is baically a very unique FM AND Hard Sync FX unit, that allows you to insert 2 separete audio signals to modulate an internal analog oscilator (either via Fm or Hard Sync).

Controls:

Sync Level - volume control for Hard Sync effect

Fm X Fade - controls the balance between the dry oacillator and the FM effect from the second input
FM LEvel - volume control for FM effect
'Flip' - flips the inputs around e.g.:
Flip 'off' - input 1 = Hard Sync input _____ input 2 = FM input
Flip 'on' - input 1 = FM input ______ input 2 = Hard Sync input
'Noise' - add's analog noise to the output signal for a dirtier / grittier sound.

Requires 12V negative tip power supply (not supplied)
Please see pictures, some of the plastic over the casing hs begun to peel off, and there are some scratches to the paint from studio use.
