"This is an R. A. Moog 904-C Filter Coupler, designed to link your 904-A lowpass and 904-B highpass into either bandpass or band-reject mode. It was part of a system that was brought to full functionality by Steve Masucci. The tag on the back is a bit hard to read: it says 904-C, 880-2-70 and 1169."
