Via the following auctions. Note this is from the seller that listed the "Thingamajig" and Prototype Polymoog owned by the late Tony Marchese, the designer who invented the Taurus pedals.

I have know way to know if it work in you unit. As Moog at this time was revising these on nearly a daily basis. In an attempt to make them more reliable. Sold as-is. for parts or repair. Very rare . Check my other auctions for more Polymoog parts."
