"Auction is for item as pictured. It is in good cosmetic condition. It does have a few scratches. There are notes scratched into the top of the keyboard."

No mention on what the mods do. Individual tuning mods?

Update via Richard Atkinson in the comments: "It looks like an attempt to make the machine polyphonic. Or to offer microtuning."
