"this auction is for production rights for the DOWNGRADE version 2.3. this gives you the right to manufacture the DOWNGRADE however you see fit. there is a one time up front cost and then a 5% fee per device you sell for 5 years, after that its all yours. i reserve the right to manufacture circuits based on the DOWNGRADE core
