Quantum Rainbow noise mixing 3.0 "Noise Techno"

Published on Jan 8, 2013 SteadyStateFate·10 videos

"To follow the progression, here is a realistic application of the QR as a percussion source. The purpose is to illustrate the interesting textures and sense of movement from mixing the QR outputs in a dynamic way.

The effect is due to the mixing and envelope settings of the noise dynamics only, no other processing.

Stars of the show:
Steady State Fate Quantum Rainbow - noise source
ProModular CLOQ - master clock, trigger/gate source
Steady State Fate Positronic Transient Gate - transient VCA, noise dynamics (White noise)
WMD MMVCA - noise dynamics (Pink, Blue noise)
ADDAC VC Mixer - noise dynamics, mixing noise MIX 2
WMD MMENV - modulating MMVCA and ADDAC VC Mixer (Purple noise)
4ms PEG - modulating VC Mixer (White, Red noise)
Make Noise Maths - modulating CLOQ SPACE and PTG Step Response
TipTop BD808 - bass drum
Doepfer A138 - mixing noise MIX 1

Thanks and enjoy!"
