"The studio where I work has a bunch of Doepfer Eurorack cases. The power supplies never were their strong point. We have the incoming current regulated, never exceed recommended current draw, etc. etc. but they keep failing. So we decided to exact revenge by converting to super heavy-duty PowerOne power supplies. Here are the steps and results. The Alcatel connectors are way overkill, we could have used a 4-pin XLR instead, but we had these on hand from another project. Nothing like seeing all three of those little lights illuminate when it's done."
