"This is one of the first techno jam sessions with my finished home-made monophonic synthesizer (see my other videos for older versions of this synth). The home-made synth has three oscillators and a noise generatur, which are routed into a low-pass filter with resonance. The envelope is optimized to make percussive sounds, as the ones you can hear in this video.

In this video the DIY synth plays the main melody (sequence is generated by an external sequencer). The additional sounds played by other devices are TR-909 drums and a polyphonic synth pad."
