via the auction: "I have treated it like a King. It is a low serial number...actually the 5th Roland Jupiter built. It has encore midi installed. It has a new battery and rebuilt power supply. I put it in the shop last summer at Thesis Audio in Wichita, Kansas. I drove 5 hours to hand deliver it and 5 hours to go back a week later and pick it up. He went through the synthesizer, replaced the battery, rebuilt the power supply and other minor things. I spent around 450.00. It was working before I took it up there but I wanted it to be in perfect working condition. I would give the condition a solid 9/10. If you live locally you can come by and play it and check it all out. At this time, I will not ship this Jupiter 8. It is way too risky considering the value of it. No matter where you live in the United States, it would be worth the drive to come and get it!!! The sound is breathtaking, the bass is phenomenal, the strings are to die for, the pads are incredible! I have made a ton of videos of me playing this synthesizer over the last year so be sure to check some of those out..."
