1974 Unithas Minimoog Model D SN 5533 Inspected by Debbie?

"This Unithas the old oscillator board. Serial number is 55XX. this synthesizer is in fantastic cosmetic condition. I recently had the key (gold plated) spring contacts cleaned and new bushings replaced. Ihad the keyboard completely clean and aligned. New power chord and a complete(27 piece) set of NOS knobs included (some of the old knobs still stuck) ."

What's Unithas? Who's Debbie? Below the inside reads:

    I think it's supposed to read "this 'Unit has' the old oscillator board." 'Unithas' seems like a typo to me.
