"With rack ears, power supply, manual and Doepfer utilities CD (Doepfer OEM SoundDiver, software, etc.).. It includes a CD from Doepfer with some audio demos from their modular system, their OEM version of SoundDiver, and controller software (the most recent version is available from their website)...

Check online if you need more details, but basically you have up to 128 control pots (64 x 2 banks), which can be programmed for essentially any MIDI message. Also, this unit has the 8 CV inputs for pedals and/or your modular system, which are mapped to 8 of knobs to control those assigned messages."
