KORG T2ex: Custom Samples from DSM-1

"EX version of Korg T2/T3 (and T1) can load totaly new PCM (sample) data from floppy disk.
These PCM data must be created on Korg DSM-1 sampler. There is 1MB of RAM memory available. All samples can be processed as any other samples from T ROM.
