"This is a Russian Elektronika EM-26 Vocoder. It's similar to the famous Roland VP-330. This was made in Soviet Russia, and is all analog. It has some wear, and can be unpredictable sometimes, but it's understandable since it's from the 1970's, made in Soviet Russia.

About it:
Electronika EM-26 portable vocoder is intended for synthesis the voice or external signals, has internal strings ton-generator, analyzer-synthesizer, modulations and vocoder effects.
The pitch of the vocoder can be changed using the keys.
Control panel includes 4 sections: VIBRATO, VOCODER, STRINGS and LEVEL.
VIBRATO section has sliders - accent, depth and rate
VOCODER - chorus knobs (on, mode), mic/vocoder level
STRINGS - on/off, level, violin/cello, sustain
LEVEL - mic, line A, line C
Keyboard PANEL: main level, pitch, interval, octave, pitch bend
A English translation of the panel is included.
Comes with original imprinted military-style carrying case."
