via the seller: "This is the 598th Signature Edition Moog Voyager. It is the third-to-last one ever made in 2003, and was a special arrangement between a dealer in Los Angeles and Moog Music to receive the last three (598, 599, 600) made in an absolutely gorgeous flamed maple wood chassis to commemorate the end of the run.Because of this exclusive arrangement, not many people are aware Moog did something special with the final units. The Signature Edition marked the triumphant return of Bob Moog to the analog synthesizer world, so it's truly fitting that the last three instruments got something special, just as the final twenty five original Minimoogs did many years ago.
I bought it brand new in 2003 and later sent it to Moog in Asheville, NC for a full factory calibration & software updates bringing it up to v3.X functionality.
I have only used it sparingly in my smoke-free home studio. It is in MINT condition.
