It's the Synthesizers.com Box11 case (with power supply) loaded with a Q104 MIDI Interface, two Q106 Oscillators (one with the Q141 Oscillator Aid), a Q107Filter (with the Q162 Filter Mixer), a Q109 Envelope Generator, and a Q108 Amplifier. The Box11 has two four-way Multiples as well. All modules are in good shape and sound GREAT..."
