Roland VP-550 Experiments: O Sacred Head (J.S. Bach, English)

"Due to the many pop-up annotations in this video, it is highly recommended to use a desktop or laptop browser, or some other Flash-compatible environment. If an iOS device must be used, an alternate browser such as Puffin can be used to view the annotations, at the expense of occasional lag.

Nhat-Viet (Toto) Phi of Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, experiments with the Roland VP-550 Vocal & Ensemble Keyboard (choral synthesizer), creating a virtual multi-voice choir live and in real-time. Apologies for the unrehearsed and untrained voice.

Equipment used in this video includes a sustain pedal, a Yorkville 100KB amp and an Apex 370 dynamic headset microphone. Any original microphone which might have been bundled with the VP-550 is long gone."
