Ray Wison on the MFOS Seven Segment Envelope Generator Trial

Published on Jun 2, 2014 Ray Wilson·63 videos

"This is the MFOS Seven Segment Linear Envelope Generator for you to peruse and see the reasons I'm considering that this project is not viable for PC board sales due to its quirky nature.

As you can see I didn't use the prototype for brick throwing practice. I didn't put it on a tee-ball stand and try to hit a home run with it. It just has a lot of quirks as you'll see. I'd like to know your thoughts in the comments below. Is this something you would be interested in or is it a little too wacky and seemingly non-deterministic. I may bring this back to the drawing board but for now I've spent enough time on it.

Errata:
16:27 - I meant to say -8.6V to +8.6V (not -.86 to +.86)
22:51 - I meant to say we don't want a CLOCK after the gate is released when NOT in a sustain segment."
