Buchla 296e - Audio Extraterrestrial DNA

Published on Nov 13, 2014 djangosfire

"A fast and furious patch trying out a new Buchla 296e Spectral Processor.

A single square wave from a DIY 144 clone, patched into the 296e. Then I patched a 261e audio rate LFO into the "morph" of the 296e.

Patched the "all" out from the 296e into a 292e LPG.

By manually adjusting the frequency of the 261e (very slight bit).... I was able to coax these tones - and a visual light show as a bonus :)

Hope to get some good audio quality recordings over the next few weeks..... but for now, wanted to share this patch.

Cheers, Djangosfire

That's it!"
