"This module is based on an idea from Warren Burt and originally implemented by J. Driscoll. This version has a 'bad at counting' input that makes it go a bit crazy. Btw - the module is a 32-1 or 1-32 switch, put in 32 different signals and a clock signal, then each signal is routed to the output OR put in one input signal and this will be routed to each of the 32 outputs one each clock count"
