"This is a mint condition Sequential Circuits Six-Trak. It is an excellent sounding and very durable analog polyphonic synthesizer produced in the U.S. during the early to mid 80s. This particular unit has a later OS 9 ROM which means it was one of the later ones to be produced and also means that the unit has modern standard MIDI functionality. There aren't any scratches on the unit. There is just a small scuff on the left corner wood side which really can't be seen. Otherwise, the synth is immaculate. I have personally cleaned the insides from dust and particles and have deoxidized the output. This synth is a real gem.
As for what matters, the sound, this thing is a beast. It has a very unique analog VCO tone found only in Sequential Circuits synths from this era. This synth has been compared to the Juno 60/106 and sounds beautiful on its own, but truly comes to life when you add a little chorus, reverb, or delay. I have owned one of these for a few years now and I'm always blown away by how I can get this synth to sound so organic and life-like."
