Audiothingies P6 Virtual Analogue Hardware Synthesizer Demo

"My first 120 patches, programmed from scratch, showing the variety of sound which this synthesizer is capable of. Built in effects only, no compression or EQ applied, recorded to a Zoom H2n.
Running OS 1.04

If you're looking for a virtual or real analogue polysynth you should take a look at this machine - it sounds better to me than a lot of real analogues I've played. Intuitive and easy to use, and only 175-199 € for the kit or 299 € pre-built (if you're not into soldering).

6 voices, 2 oscillators plus flexible sub oscillator, multi mode filter (4 pole and 2 pole lowpass plus 2 pole hpf and bpf), flexible modulation matrix, 3 midi syncable lfos, 3 envelopes, well appointed arpeggiator, oscillator sync and ring mod, 256 user memories.

Strong points: really nice ladder filter which allows you to turn up the resonance without losing the body/bass end of the sound. The filter is very flexible and musical, and works well for squidgy wet acid, deep self-oscillating pads and strong basses.
The envelopes are particularly nice, fast and snappy with a perfect exponential curve, perfect for percussion and bass.
Very well designed and easy to use operating system.
Sounds like a really good analogue synth, I would expect to pay a lot more for this kind of sound quality.
