Novation // Olafur Arnalds & the Bass Station II

"Ólafur Arnalds is a multi-instrumentalist songwriter/producer whose music spans popular, electronic and classical music. He uses Novation Bass Station II for its sub-bass tones, because, he explains, “it stays really on point and in tune, and it doesn’t give us any troubles”. He has numerous projects, including the techno duo Kiasmos, and also wrote the music for the TV show Broadchurch, which is made magical by its dramatic combination of visuals and music. We made this video with Ólafur and his band in the middle of his 2015 tour, where he played in the British coastal town of Bridport, where Broadchurch is set.
