This EVU has been well cared for, has the Virtual Music 8.3 OS upgrade, which gives it a much more responsive MIDI capability along with a host of additional features. If you're not familiar with the OS update, check out a summary here.
The EVU has a switch for 115/230 so it can be used easily in most countries by simply flipping the switch. A compact rack format with all the controls on the front gives you a lot of creative control. You can use the stereo outs, individual voice outs, or a mix and pan the voices around the stereo field as needed.
These units in any condition are rare, and to find one with MIDI and the updated OS is ultra rare. Don't sleep on this opportunity."
