Seller with 0 rating and a good price. Everyone has to start somewhere, but you never know. Be sure to go through eBay for the transaction and all communication in order to protect yourself. If there is a dispute be sure you know how much time you have before eBay will no longer protect you - there are time limits. Do not make a deal outside of eBay unless you want to risk getting scammed.
