Prophet-6 Synth, Pitch Wheel Problem

"The Pitch Wheel only lowers the pitch. Pushing the wheel forward has no effect. I adjust the Pitch wheel settings, following the instruction Manual. I have contacted support. Hope there is an easy fix. Has been like this since purchase."

Update: re-calibration of the synth took care of the problem.

    Hello
    DSI requested that I remove this video from your website...since the Pitch Wheel only needed recalibration & was not a factory defect.
    Please remove this video.
