Duran Duran’s Nick Rhodes and the Roland JD-XA synths used on the Paper Gods world tour

"Nick Rhodes knows a great synthesizer when he plays one. In this interview, he reveals how Roland gear has always played a big part in the Duran Duran sound, from the JUPITER-4 used on Rio right through to the new JD-XA analog/digital crossover synth powering their Paper Gods world tour. 'I’m very excited about it,” he says of the latter, “because it can do something that no other synthesizer can do…'"
