"Mark your calendars! Friday, October 30, Steve Maass (Van Der Maass) will be releasing his album "Sonic Memoirs of a Ghost Hunter) for a limited-time free download on SoundCloud.
Maass says, of the album: 'As well as being a musician, for over 20 years I’ve also been a paranormal investigator, and have always wanted to document my work in the form of a book. I’m slowly writing the book, but it’s a tedious task. Recently, I decided to take a more musical approach, and have begun documenting my experiences via synthesis. The tracks are going to be sonic representations of my past investigations, and ghost hunting techniques.
I’m proud to say that the [Evaton Technologies] RF Nomad is being used a great deal in the production of this project! Around Halloween, I will be releasing the full album for free, online, via my Soundcloud page ( https://soundcloud.com/van-der-maass ) for a limited time.'
