Moog 702 Percussion Synth - 3 Osc Demo 1

"So here is the 702, now using all three oscillators. In my earlier demo I used just one but since then it has become apparent that these oscillators *interact*. I had built an LFO and went quite wild with it before on the single oscillator - but I feel that this module is supposed to be a little more subtle...!? We have the 701 for *wild* - this one has a more 'rhythmic' flavour - or so I think, after working on it. We shall never know for sure exactly what Bob had in mind for this module and I am also going to incorporate some of my own ideas. For example an actual "audio delay" for each oscillator - hence the delayed LED circuit you see here - it will also switch a relay. And a few times you see me turning the LFO speed (on a loose pot) during the sounds decay. I am also going to fit another EG to either sweep the speed up or down with control over the rate. It seemed to make sense... ;)"

Moog 702 Percussion Synth Demo 2 - rhythmic oscillators

"I was going to pack away and call it a day after working on the 702 today... but then this happened. So out came the camera again - rhythmical stuff... with 3 oscillators interacting. And it's 'playable'...! This thing is truly amazing."
